I'm not sure to be at the wright place on the forum, if it breaks the laws, don't hesitate to move or delete my post.
I'm looking for a quaint/uncommun watch, something different from what we used to see (like Muse models for example). If you have some suggestions I will be delighted to read them.

By quaint you mean unusual and not old fashioned right?
If so, some that the others have mentioned like Urwerk and MB&F stand out, as do several other higher end manufactures like Akrivia (the AK-06). Coming down a little in price point how about Ressence? And then lower price points again Azimuth, Gorilla or Seven Friday.
You could always look back, to the 60s, 70s etc when Seiko, Omega, JLC and many more has more unusual cases and dial colours. Plenty that might meet your hurdle there too.
One community member who would have insight is jporos . . .
