Here is a new release from Bulova, based on a historic prototype.
The dimensions make it compulsory to try on if you like the look of it; the narrow strap and chunky case is certainly an original yet challenging combination

Was the original version of this essentially a Tornek-Rayville or Fifty Fathoms knock-off?
I ran after this one... But now, the prices are totally mad. And finding one is close to an impossible mission.
No, I think the original had an automatic movement, too. Which makes sense for a diving watch, as it avoids ruining the seal between the crown and the case.
Does anyone know (Nico) is the original had a tropic strap?
I need to find or get a custom 16mm tropic strap for this one!
I am pretty sure the original didn't as if my memory serves me well, it had fixed bars.
