Grail watch 2
Interesting collaboration with franck muller and revolution watch/ weh koh. I must say the 2 register chrono from FM they use is always one I had been drawn too. I like that they used NOS movements. The dual sided chrono is very cool, never knew its existence. Overall not something for me, but Breguet numerals chrono always gets my attention.

Cam operated Lenania, same as the Speedmaster, the double dial model, uses a modified Valjoux 7750.
I watched the video when they released these.
Have to say I was smitten. And the double side, also never knew it existed and what a cool piece. Of course, it would be cool to own the original and less so these reissues.
People always hated on Hodinkee for their efforts like this but the reality was they pulled together some really cool watches. The Grail Watch 1 and now 2 as you see here have to me been very appealing pieces. I think they are 2 for 2 in terms of good output at this point.
Collaborations are interesting
At the end of the day they are to make money, but I also feel they allow enthusiasts to make dream watches they could not make without their retail brand/influence behind them. For hodinkee, I like many of their collabs, but for me their downfall is that most their articles are hotlinks right to their sales store. A shame, since early hodinkee was an early non-forum source of info for me. I still look during trade show weeks.
