Horological Meandering

Often we pay attention to the dials and cases, but the bracelets should deserve more attention. A good bracelet makes big difference in terms of fit, comfort, integration to the case, and of course, the beauty of itself, the art, so to speak. Here are the bracelets of my collection. Some of them are iconic, some are less known but i like them. From right to left : Rolex jubilee Rolex oyster Omega speedmaster Bvlgari Octo "Half" beads of rice from Rado "Full" beads of rice from JLC IWC brick bracelet A mesh bracelet GST bracelet, which is the same with modern ingenieur Neo vintage Ingenieur with pronounced middle link Omega "Bond" bracelet.



There are 3 types which i don't own yet,l and which i would like to have in the future : Cartier Santos bracelet VC overseas current generation AP Royal Oak. The Nautilus and Laureato bracelet , although well made, IMO are not unique or iconic because they are just a variation of "H" link bracelet with polished middle link. Similar with Ingenieur. Which bracelets are your favorite?

But it suites the oyster case perfectly.

Rolex is king

Unfortunately only available in precious metal.
Agree that Rolex bracelet is one of the best in industry. Built to last and comfortable . Other company that come close is IWC. Most of their bracelets are very comfortable. Bonus is the quick DIY resizing.
As opposed, Rolex bracelets are notoriously difficult to get on and off.
