Horological Meandering

Hope to buy smth like the Freak or a Star Wheel

I need smth to wear 24/7 with ease. Independent watches need to be taken care of as they are more likely to break. I am talking about the creations like Urwerk. As for MAD watches - just wow. Very optimistic.

Either the Rolex or the PF

Rolex GMT II with meteorite dial is a very handsome watch, I would go if I had the option with the VC PC.

Maybe consider a white gold Daytona.

It flies under the radar and I find it to be absolutely beautiful.

Watch, Rolex, Daytona, 126509

Wow, looks sublime

Welcome to WatchProSite! I’m biased in this case. I would suggest an alternative to white gold . . .

One of your other considerations - Chopard Alpine Eagle XPS!
Watch, Chopard, Alpine Eagle, 41 XP, 41 XPS

This watch is a gem. Unfortunately I can’t try it on before buying.

The more simple versions of this watch didn’t rock my world (the movement was poorly decorated), but the salmon version is probably the best steel sports watch on the market now.

The two which caught all my attention are the Meteorite GMT MASTER and the GP Laureato Skeleton.

That’s very valuable opinion. Thank you!

Both share the same thing: A certain Cool Factor.

I am in a similar proces but

without the bracelet and white gold theme.

Strap and yellow gold like your JLC, and it’s on my short.
Geophysic, ultra thin, memovox, grand reveil etc.
The serious candidates, 40,5mm AP Huitère
BM 10597 titanium plus AU750
Longines Record
Vulcain Cricket
Chopard Classic 161278-0001

And the Rolex models creating the very same situation you discribes.
For a few decades i followed some, same as i follow for 6 years the Breguet Marines with blue details and the whole silver guilloche models.

Tried the Breguet marine - didn’t impress me as the bracelet wasn’t long enough

But watch itself is very nice and not common

era 2010-2015

I had it on trying when i was getting my Longines.
Not now that i put the best size on my wrist.
So for me it is clear, 39mm case size the perfect fit. It is as you know also on the rubber swim proof strap.

I would opt for a Moser tbh , some are great pieces like the DD or the GP

But for a daily i think the Moser would be my favorite

I prefer your AP over this Rolex.
