40 years ago, the watch industry was in recession......er......now?

Still, some icons must be celebrated and the Monaco watch was such an icon.

A bit too big, amazingly.

I hope that for the 40th Birthday of this Iconic watch, TAG will release, FINALLY, The V4!

until the 150th anniversary of the brand in 2010.

Still very big, and a little akward on the wrist, but a pleasure to look at.

I have always like the Steve Mcqueen Monaco, and this reedition is very appealing, but I may just hold off to give the V4 a second chance, especially on a blue croc strap to match the hands.
