After all these years, my first ever manual wind. Holds a special place in my heart.
I'm surprising myself with this conclusion, but it would be this one:

Probably surprising as well to others who know a few of the pieces I passed over in picking this one -- but the things that made the EOT my first super-duper watch purchase (a perpetual calendar that tells you not only the EOT but the times of sunrise and sunset as separate clock sub-dials, gorgeously executed to boot) still speak to me today.
Sorry about the blurry wrist shot -- Nicolas finally told me today that the secret was to hold still! So much for all of the lens switching and DOF fiddling I've been doing so far. Unfortunately, I'm away on business so this archive photo will have to do.
Interested in seeing others' choices!

Daos
But I hope maybe one day I'll get to experience a made to order watch. Until then, I'll just have to admire yours.
Best,

Art, it seems that was the One for you from the get go. If you care to indulge me, how did you come to pick that beauty as the one to launch the journey all those years ago?
Best,
Jed
The house of JB 1735. Rich history and heritage the main attraction for me.
IMHO, very much underrated, in view of the other other more "marketed" brands.
