... is available in some pretty way-out colours as standard.

In the lume shot, the hands and indices are a green-blue (C9?) which jars a little with the colour theme.

My suggestion is for a Red lume on the red piece and a Yellow on the yellow one.

Granted, the red-lume might not be very intense, but it would look good...

It sure is a different take to commemorate a F1 Grand Prix with a GMT watch instead of the usual & IMO more appropriate chronograph.However, with only nine of each, they are certainly very limited .... or are they not expecting much demand?

According to E'Colleczione, their reason for NINE is for symbolic, as it is their first collaboration, 9 means everlasting - 'chang chang jiu jiu'.

LOVE the Dial but not so crazy about the Doted Straps.

 i'd rather have a plain Strap with either Red or Yellow Stitching.. (imo)

 alternative straps for an ordinarey model with different straps color, though i like the colored straps above , i love their 3 GMT timer anyway . though i dont see my self owning any of their creations at least not as a brand new   due to the fact i have several watches to collect on the top of the list.

...of two very cool watches.  The angular case, screws and dial pair well with the racing theme.  I like how the color is somewhat subtle.  I'd definitely go for the yellow one!

I love these colors... on another forum... similar post and the members just trashed this 3-Timer racing colours.... and yet here at the Purists, comments are all pretty positive. Interesting!!!

It seems that LW is gaining a lot of press/ popularity lately... I love the brand since the beginning. But was not too hot on its dial design. I love the concept of analog / digital instrument combo. The early LW 2-timer was too busy for me. The 3 Timer caught my attention. Love the dial design , case size, clean lines and dials/ bezel/ font. I also ordered the s.s bracelet. It looks very comfortable. I will let you know.

I travel to Asia 3-4 times a year and I dont want to travel with my JLC RGGMT so this will be my traveling watch.

I like watches like LW... it is unique enough and low production enough that you dont see it everyday ( I guess like early Panerai years ) . I also got a MIH on the way too... thats another unique watch ;-) Not a watch you see everyday!!

seen the watch today, nothing fantastic. whats the point of a 3 time zone RACING theme watch? to monitor the time in another race track on the other part of the world? its is good looking for sure, but what racing element is there other then POSSIBLY alcantara lining and "sporty" colour scheme????!!!!! wouldnt a chrono function be more appropraite or at least be in some exotic titanium alloy mix for weight saving that is so popular these days?

whats the MSRP price spread between this and the regular edition? 9 pieces makes it certainly exclusive, but whats the F1 theme to that? IMHO, its just trying to cash in on the singapore F1 theme, nothing more. apols in advance to any owners here, just me 1.2 cents worth of opinion.

Sometime, I wonder that most racing-fans should have many race-related-chronographs.  It may not be a bad idea to have non-chronograph for a change.

to be frank....LW could have created something really useful, and not just cosmetic. they could for example create another attachable clip on module, which i think it really useful, and the one thing that have the LW DNA...like the Rock and the Reef...but call it the Race...featuring track timing calculations, pit lanes timings, lap times memory, even circuit maps for all the F1 circuits.

 you should highlight to Morten or Jorn!!! or at least to pretty Sky!!

on the digital module for racing purpose!!! good call... and Yep... pretty Sky as well whahahahaha

i have nothing against the watch, just the notion that any colour and cosmetic change turns a regular edition into a special edition for some occassion not even associated with the brand, plus no relevent complications to boot!!

Perhaps that may be one of the instruments.
