Last week of May, early June, I think. Nothing is definitive about London, for the moment. [nt]
The plan is for late May (last week) but....
given how close this would be to the Paris GTG I am wondering if it may dilute attendance as people may not want to travel to Paris and London within a month of each other.
I don't think the Olympics would impact too much on a late May GTG as the opening ceremony isn't until the 27th July, so a god couple of months away.
And given that it is Olympics year, perhaps two GTGs would be in keeping with the spirit of friendship across country borders.
I'll post this in the London GTG thread on the HoMe page and get a feel from people there.

this summer we should leave it until after all the sweating and cavorting is
over so may would not be a good time for London. no room at the inn Vlad, no
restaurant with a private room, no room on the tube or taxi's. it will be a
nightmare in London this summer.
