Thanks all for making me so welcome. Wonderful watches, stories and friendships cemented. Off to catch a couple of hours sleep before facing Charles de Gaulle. ;-)

brought out the colour of the date hand better than any other pic I have seen of this watch..... if it wasn't already in my top 5 grail list, it would be after this pic! hope to see more of it!

But the most important was the friendship lived during the most important and the longer PPRO drinking session, errrr, I meant GTG.

After all he is a Moderator. Isn't he?

He had to withstod the Euro Gang aka Bastardo test.
That includes:
- taking photos of incredible watches
- walking from dealer to dealer and back all day (of watches of course)
- eating more food than he can imagine
- drinking constantly
- not going to bed before 2 am
- having grappa for breakfast & in one sip
Unfortunately he failed on last test so he has to return on reformatory test

My excuse was that I wanted to actually taste the grappa. Two gulps is not a bad starting effort? It certainly does warm you up. I'll be well prepared next time!
