Horological Meandering

Here is the weekend Heuer. As I posted on #1, they belong to a dear friend that allowed to capture those beauties.

Before I post the selected one, allow me to post another that is the same watch as last week but with a white dial:





And now, here is the weekend Heuer: 

I love those two registers chronographs.

Quick explanation: I go to grab some Heuer books over this weekend and I will try to identify those watches.
Vintage Heuer (or modern ones), as I explained before, is not my area of expertize.

You should notice that those watches were made way before Tag Heuer. They are Heuer only.

If it wasn't the case, I would be temlpted to hunt this one.

i am severely lacking in white dialled pieces and really want a white dialled chrono. i was even tempted to bid on a white dialled speedy automatic just because it was a white dialled model. i might still do.

have you checked out 'on the dash' for information on the watches ? its a pretty good resource for Heuers.

"On the dash" is a great reference for Heuers but is more focused on 60s and 70s (the Jack Heuer era).

Prior to this era there are quite a few examples on the site.

Got some material and a go to examine after my post lunch "siesta".

For "modern" Heuers (Autavia etc. - Jack Heuers era), there are several references on the Web, books etc.

For the old ones, I got almost nothing. Quite a challenge.
