I have others that are even a bit smaller, obviously all vintage--a 1965 Hamilton Electric Polaris 2 in WG as well as a 28mm square Universal, also in WG. I don't think I've worn either of them more than a couple times over the years but I like them for what they are.
Most of my watches are on the small side by today's standards although at 44mm the Navitimer isn't exactly small. It's not that large watches don't fit me well, at 6' 1" and 220 pounds large watches aren't a problem. It's just a matter of taste, which is why so many on my watches are vintage. Not so easy today to find a nice new watch in the 35-38mm range...at least not ones I like.
