To trade or not to trade???
So...deciding whether or not to trade this white gold rm11 for an nptp or carbon version?
I'm leaning more towards keeping it as I seem to see fewer of these!

It is difficult to tell without further details imho
The "keep" pros are that it is a material which is easy to refresh, it is becoming a RM classic when it is in Ti or WG.
But I know the new materials (NTPT and TZP/ATZ Ceramic) are very interesting and resistant, their look is a nice novelty, the weight for the carbon-based one is interesting once you've tried it etc..
However, with the last price increases the new material may be much more expensive to get than your WG to sell imho, so you'll have to make a financial effort.
If you like it that way, I would say keep it, and maybe try to play with straps (the Kevlar seems nice).
And, one day, if you see the one that really excites you, then you can move on.
You don't seem to be in a rush to change right now, do you?

surely its a weight issue?
the WG will be quite a bit heavier than the NTPTs etc, which i guess you know.......but they are so different, what is your preference?
i say that simply because i find the WGs way too heavy for me, but conversely love the titaniums / NTPTs and ceramics......
let us know what you decide - i'm after an RM11, and am pretty taken with the current sandblast version.....worth a try in my humble....
As a, completely unhelpful, aside, i was in the Mount Street boutique in London on Saturday.....they have an RM04, in platinum, and my god, was it the most perfect watch i've ever tried on.....its a good thing i didn't have the spare money to even contemplate it, but boy was it the embodiment of perfection.....
For me, I would love to get a "black" version of the RM011
As an ex-owner of a titanium RM011, I hope I can get another RM011 variant but this time in either PVD or NPTP with a bright color accents such as either red, orange, or yellow.
