They look massive but I really do want to try one on my wrist when they begin arriving at the local RM AD. 

Andrew, do you know how heavy the RM28 is?  Is it around the same weight as a RM11?

... I am loving the winder on the watch. Always found the winder on my 002 ( and the 010 & 011 for that matter ) a bit numb...but it seems they have 'souped up' the winder now with a nicer ribbed rubber ( oh er felt odd typing that ! ) and a more detailed look, loving it..wonder if I could get a similar retrofit on the 002

I am not sure, but guessing, I think the RM025 is about 400K euros and the RM028 is about 60K euros.  The best thing to do is ask your local dealer.
