I am assuming you are asking if the DLC treatment was by
Richard Mille as the rest of the watch looks right. The short answer is: I dont know. Richard sometimes does special requests, although I have not heard of him DLC'ing a RM004. But could be wrong. Best idea is to find out the provenance of the watch and find out if RM really did do the DLC treatment. If no paper trail, be very suspicious.

it is a Project-X DLC and they do RMs
i think they do a splendid job specially this one
also Black-out concept due costumised PVD/DLC finishing on any watch
im sure this is doen by project-X as my friend knows the owner of this watch [nt]

watch looks great
but I'm afraid my wallet is not big enough to take a chance with DLCing one. Maybe someday
