A month?!
It took me 6 months to get my Jaeger repaired!!

That’s great to hear, Tom.
So many manufactures seem to place secondary importance on repairs, and the situation can be even worse for watches out of warranty.
Can I draw your attention again to these comments made by Max Busser of MB&F at IGOTT2 :
“… of the 500 pieces delivered we have had 5 pieces in for service this year. We always aim to finish repairs within 6 weeks. The three watchmakers stop other work to repair these pieces because 'we have our name on the dial'.”
It impressed me no end that they would give the repair of these watches priority. It is as it should be, but we have come to expect so little that it is always a pleasant surprise!
