hi guys ,

sorry to write this again ...

I got problem with my RM 011 . and watch need servicing . because watch stop working.

then , i send in the watch around 2 months ago ( approx August 2013 ). 

i know that i bought this watch pre owned. not new from boutique or AD. but , the paper said still underwarranty.

the problem is . only to get quotation , just yesterday . it means i wait 2 months on nothing ?? then , have to wait another 2 -3 months for finish service ?

what do u think guys ?

A bummer of course, such things are never pleasant, and only aggravated by a delay like that.

I hear from our distributor that the issue is now under control.
A pity that that the warranty was actually no longer valid because the previous owner evidently opened the watch
via an unofficial sales-point. 
In any case, I really hope your watch will be up and running soon !

Yes, because i buy pre owned . and, suddenly watch stop working .  just amazed when told that already open by third party.
