Jaeger Lecoultre Reverso 101. A super rare bird.
Super rare is appropriate, here, since it is a limited edition of only... 5 pieces.
The case is in white gold. It looks like a XGT case ( same than the Reverso Grande Date and Septantième ), receiving a Art Deco decoration.
Of course, the high light of the watch is the " baguette " movement, which, despite its very small size, is starring in the middle of the dial. Better, it is part of the dial.
I furtively saw one at the Paris Boutique some years ago. This time, it is one of the HK Boutique which had one for sale.
For the first time, I could take pictures of this rare bird!
A big big love affair with this one.

the crown actually is a tool, not a crown
You can unscrew the crown and use it to wind the movement from the back (being a DuoPlan movement) ...
The calibre 101 was (and still is) in production back then
The Manufacture has produced the calibre 101 over several decades (albeit, in very very small numbers). You can still by new models equiped with this fine movement today (although none currently in the men lines)
