Jaeger Lecoultre Polaris II Grey, Ref E 870. When a full set is not a full set.
There was one Polaris II Grey auctioned some weeks ago. While the watch is interesting as it seems all correct, it is also interesting to see, from this picture to be credited to Antiquorum, that sometimes, watches are not coming with the right box and papers.

And even here I am not sure the papers are the good ones, as, if my memory serves me well, the booklet should not be pale blue white but brown and white.
I will try to take a picture of a Polaris II in its box with its papers, if I find everything in my personal " mess ".

When I found my NOS Steel TTG 1958 at Zegg & Celati JLC AD in Monaco (circa 2016, two years after release), they did not have the correct box with the magnifier, sigh. I bought it anyway and they gave me a huge odd JLC box!

They could not explain why they did not have the proper box. I asked them to contact Le Sentier headquarters and request the correct box. They said that JLC HQ responded that they did not have a(nother) original box so could not provide one... Double sigh
It would be nice, but getting the watch was my priority! If you can get me the original box when you next visit JLC HQ, let me know my friend. I would pay for shipping it to me in the US, unless JLC would mail it directly to me. I can PM you my personal address.
I do have (!) all the original appropriate included documents/manuals/hang tags/paperwork etc.
