Vintage Memovox - help needed cal. 825, black dial

Have an option to buy a YG memovox, ca 1962, cal. 825, black dial - however the rectangle in the middle ring is solid filled with lumen and you can’t see a “Swiss Made” sign on the bottom below the six. Would that be a re-painted dial? Can it be restored and what would be the “negative”value on the watch? Otherwise the watch is in superb condition. Asking price is 4.3k€. Thanks to the Memovox gurus here for any help!
Can I ask where do you all get these infos what is a „correct“ dial and what not? What books, catalogue etc are you relying on? I want to educate myself a bit more, not only on the memovox, but in general on vintage IWC, Rolex etx. I just bought a very nice Cal. 89 in rose gold with shark fin lugs and am looking at a Rolex Precision also rose gold - but what to be shure that I don’t spend too much etc. thanks again for the help.
