As for the strap, I wouldn't change it for a black one, as it won't match with the RG case.

Enjoy it first, before thinking about changing the strap.

You will deliciously loose yourself in the splendor of the movement, and admiring the beautiful ballet of the hands!

a gorgeous piece indeed... everything about it just screams perfection and for JLC to only take a few years to produce a brand new movement with such detail and design... amazing as well..

I think i agree with rijowysock about the strap. But on the other hand a matte black with black stitching alligator, nice padded... that would also be great )

... stunning !!! IMO for the duometre it looks better in RG than white (sorry to say that Nicolas ...). But tomorrow i can think differrent about this ....

it works with the RG of the Freak so should also work with the RG of this cracking chrono.

i agree about the colour. RG=classic elegance, WG=a bit like SS (sorry Nico, i know how much you like WG).

Just gorgeous in RG. No need to apologise for the pictures, they are fine and bring out some different aspects of the watch, particularly the warmth and richness of the case.

 

I wouldn’t dismiss the idea of a black strap, as sometimes the contrast can really add to the RG. Choosing the material and the stitching may be the trick to getting it right. Definitely worth thinking about to ‘individualise’ the watch a bit more, but I would enjoy it on its JLC strap for a while first.
