To the JLC aficionados,
recently I saw an unusual JLC watch at a German airport and thought, you might appreciate the photos.
1. First glance at a fair distance

2. Some familiar look, let´s get closer

3. That is a R......, isn´t it?

4. Yes, there can be no doubt: it is a pretty large Reverso!

Seen a the Nuremberg Airport, Bavaria, Germany.
The JLC headquarter for Germany used to be located in Nuremberg and obviously JLC gave these special public clocks.

---, but my main concern is about the wrist!
LOL,
anaesdoc
... and I can remember having seen some other funny ones like the huge Tissot watch (was it from Tokyo?) somewhere here, Daos.
There was also a series of ancient town clocks displayed sometime.
Best regards,
anaesdoc
...but I am very tempted. LOL. I wonder what kind of straps Nicolas would try on this one...
That clock is fantastic. I would love to see one of those in our train station. Thanks for posting these pics.
respo

stefan
You know, this public clock is really big
!
Best,
anaesdoc
yes, after sending the previous reply to you, i show your photos to my daughter, she also said it seems very BIG...
stefan
Does it have 2 faces? How does it look from the back?
I would love one of these for my house, and wonder does JLC sell these?
Goh
so it´s not a real Reverso, but more handy for a public clock!
I have no idea whether they are for sale.
Regards,
anaesdoc

So there must be a "reduced" or "midsize" version available somewhere.
Is it mechanical
?
Maybe Goh and Stefan should contact you for further advice.
Best,
anaesdoc
with mice running on a round cage where the main spring would normally be. Every morning, before the commuters arrive, a nice lady in a JLC white coat comes and feeds them and cleans out the mess that inevitably falls to the bottom of the clock....
uh...yeah!
