After having found the right hands, I had to hunt the good alarm disc, to make it all correct...

It is now done, with the " Memovox GT " shaped as an arrow, which replaces the alarm triangle.

A detail which totally, deeply, radically changes the look of the watch.







Note that the alarm disc is not the same on the Lecoultre or Jaeger-Lecoultre Polaris II, as you can see here:



Another difference which appears on this side by side photo, the bezel...

On the Blue Lecoultre the minute indexes stop at 15, while they are continuous on the Grey Jaeger-Lecoultre Polaris II.

Now, one more, one last Polaris II, the red one, and I will officially declare the Vintage JLC Diving Theme closed!

.. I guess is a gratifying event ,
- mission - segment accomplished ;
but - in a way - knowing just one more to go,
(at least for me at times), may be containing a strange mixture
of joy with a tint of " happy sadness",

This grey Polaris II is a special beast , also

For me it has, how shall I say
- hope, this is not too clumsy an expression:
well - a component of sporty peculiar elegance with the contrast
of the grey and the color of disc and indices,
this without any loss of the diving-tool DNA .

You raised an important point: At the end of the " collecting road " what will I feel?

 Joy or sadness?

I will put a coin on... Satisfaction.

Man, I've been running after these pieces for such a long time that I will feel some delivrance.

And I have so many branbds to revisit... Such as Longines, for example.
