JLC 2012 collection. Your winner?

I am curious to know if you have a winner, among all the watches introduced in 2012 by JLC and which it wold be.

I, for one, hestitate between two...
The very popular Reverso Red:
Nothing more to say, here. It is a very special piece from JLC, which gives a lot of pleasure to wear.
And the Deep Sea Chrono " Vintage ":
Because I loved the idea behind the watch: To Reinvent the past, and to introduce in the catalog a watch which could have been introduced some 50 years ago.
Some special mentions have to be given to the new Master Control, for its great case, and to the Shperotourbilln, for the slice of dream it provides to us.
It is up to you, my friends...

Bonjour Nicolas, for me the difficult choice is between...
The Reverso Calendar and the Deep Sea Chronograph. I think that I would go with the Reverso Calendar, although I wish it had the marvelous Breguet hour numbers; but let's not be too greedy, or is it a case of greed is good?

Greediness is a good case to plead, my friend.
Something tells me that you will not be the only one to mention the Reverso Calendar...
When we introduced the novelties, last January, I felt that this Reverso was one of our favourite, here.
While it was not necessarily the case wwith the Deep Sea Chrono.
It is always good to have a different greediness.

Actually, I meant applied numbers, not Breguet numbers..
I think that the design of the dial would not be nice with Breguet numerals but applied numbers would make a better statement, IMO.

i would have voted for the Rogue
BUT isn't the case of the Reverso Calendar the same size than the " Rouge "? ;) [nt]
I learn something new today. I thought the Rouge was Grande Reverso UT size! [nt]
It is, but the Reverso Triple Date is very colse in size.
I fear that if a wrist cannot welcome a Reverso Rouge, it cannot stand a Reverso Triple Date, either.

Yes it is and that's the weird thing
Somehow the Calendar did better in the wrist test for me than the Rouge.
As much as I love the Rouge, it just looks bigger.
Funny how the mind plays trick with what you see and feel despite the same case size.
Guess the simplicity of the dial makes it look to appear bigger vs a complicated dial
Yes, there is the simplicity of the dial, and the thinner case of the Rouge
Which can explain these different feelings, I think.

For me the Deep Sea Chronograph 3 counters...
Which means a lot! You're right, the case is one of the nicest.
Developped from the Tribute To Deep Sea Alarm case. Superb profile, elegant lugs, a winner.
And you said it very well, a great mix of vintage and modern details.

Knew had to have this when I first laid eyes on it . . .
This year? I'm still recovering from last year. My wounds are yet to heal.
Last year was last year, Tyler.
Now, we are knockinf at a new year's door... And We are at only two months from the new collection.
So, it is time to play with the 2012 collection, now that all the pieces ( or almost ) hit the boutiques or ADs.
Come on, do an effort!
