I am thinking of buying my wife a Reverso for lady and in quartz. I need your opinion on the movement and which you think is the nicest among the three

I would go for a manual winding movement. A Quartz in a JLC is a sacrilege.
And it is not because it is a Lady's watc tat it has to be a Quartz Watch!

My wife has two Reverso -
One in steel, one in gold. Both are with two faces and at least the golden one can be used as a time zone watch. Both are manual!
The first watch I bought to my wife was a Reverso Duoface. That was intended to be the introduction to the world of horology. Unfortunately it worked to well and my wife has spent too much (my) money on watches. Nowadays she loves giving power to the watch and it seems that she likes more the manual winding ones than the automatic ones.
So take any of the manual winding ones - there are enough models to choose from.

Well, to answer your questions...
I would say the top one (Reverso Classique), since that dial is the most timeless.
However, if you're willing to wait until Summer or Fall, the new automatic Duetto Classique would be the piece to get (IMO), unless you want to engrave the back.

Not on your list, but if it's within your budget, the Reverso Duetto is a very special watch--gorgeous looks, with a manual wind movement and two elegant faces to choose from. And on JLC's terrific bracelet it truly feels like a piece of high-end jewelry (and it is).
