Hi everybody. I have this vintage AP chrono in stainless steel. This is the only AP I have because I'm a vintage Patek collector. What do you think about it?? I attach some pictures. Thanks in advance. Regards. Santi

Hi, Thomas is correct. This is not a real AP. If you look into the Audemars Piguet book by Brunner, Pfeiffer, Wehrli (if you look for it online you can find it ot purchase it) and study some of the real chrono's you'll see what Thomas is referring to. Some initial thoughts: AP didn't utilize this case shape, the logo written inside the case back as well as the serial number is not as it would be for a vintage AP (i.e. original AP chronos were made between 1930s-1940s, some as late as the 50s but using 40's movement). The finishing and movement type also are not used or up to par to AP standards.
Again, look for this book (or even do some searches in some of the big auction house's online databases), and look at some reference images to get the a better understanding of what a real AP looks like.
