Completely different watches

First, welcome!
To most RO aficionados, the ref. 15300 and 15202 are completely different watches.
They are both c. 40mm in diameter, but look at them edgewise - the 15202 is much thinner, both in case, and in the bracelet.
Handle and manipulate the bracelet - the bracelets feel completely different, and have very difference "presence."
Consider the dial - the 15300 has a second hand with a long tail that ends "with a flourish" while the 15202 has no second hand. Some hate the 15202 because of this; others love the calm and serenity.
Each has its fans and adherents and detractors.
About the movement and other points of views -
It's really funny how things seem to go in batches - nothing on these two pieces (though one is 3 years old, the other 38 years old) for many months/years, then BAM! this third time in 2 weeks about them vis a vis each other.

The reasons why I prefer the 15202
But I really think that the 15202 has something very appealing: the slenderness of its case.
Thanks to the stunning and thin caliber 2121 and the lack of the second hand, I find the design of the 15202 more elegant. It is of course, only my point of view. You can also be more seduced by the more powerful design of the 15300 but it is always difficult to achieve an evolution of a pre-existing almost perfect design.
But at the end, both are great watches. Each one has its own personality.
