First, welcome!
To most RO aficionados, the ref. 15300 and 15202 are completely different watches.
They are both c. 40mm in diameter, but look at them edgewise - the 15202 is much thinner, both in case, and in the bracelet.
Handle and manipulate the bracelet - the bracelets feel completely different, and have very difference "presence."
Consider the dial - the 15300 has a second hand with a long tail that ends "with a flourish" while the 15202 has no second hand. Some hate the 15202 because of this; others love the calm and serenity.
Each has its fans and adherents and detractors.
About the movement and other points of views -
It's really funny how things seem to go in batches - nothing on these two pieces (though one is 3 years old, the other 38 years old) for many months/years, then BAM! this third time in 2 weeks about them vis a vis each other.
