Audemars Piguet

This is my first Audemars Piguet ever while I never admired the history and importance of this Royal Oak until now. Love this very much.

IMO, you just got the nicest RO ever made, well, with some skeleted versions...

This watch is an awesome blend of elegance and sport, and, although its octogonal bezel and the particular shape of its case, very 70ies looking, we could say that it is a timeless watch!

...one fo teh first ROs that started it all.  Can you share with us some fo the history of this particular one...how you found it, when, etc.  She looks to be in very good shape for 30-40 years old.

It is a fortune locating this while I do not expect to come across one that quick. Start to look at more Audemars ..... but hopefully my credit card can handle a lot of overdraft .... LOL

 

Thanks for sharing...sometimes i cant believe RO design is more than 30 yrs old...incredibly evergreen design...(not indicating the Offshores)
