Audemars Piguet

So I picked two of these up in the last month. I love the watch, it's amazing and great for everyday wear and very comfortable on the Audemars kevlar strap.

I noticed a few things. The case is identical as well as the dial. The Crowns however have different engraving, very subtle but noticeable.

Also the back engraving is different, notice the R in Royal and the r in Offshore. AUTOMATIC is different as well as the serial numbers. Even the AP logo is a bit different as well as positioning.

They are both E but we know this was a long run for E and many watches were produced. This is just interesting to see. Anyone have any thoughts?

BTW both verified authentic and now waiting to get the birthdays of these beauties.

the top one looks odd - judging from the pictures it looks like the crown is on the same level than the pushers, which would be wrong since the modular construction of the movement should put the crown lower than the pushers - maybe it is the angle of the photo?
