Re 2011 Royal oak offshore RG or Grand prix RG
Can't decide which watch to get. The 2011 Royal Oak Offshore Rose Gold or the Grand Prix Rose Gold or just the 2011 royal oak offshore carbon. i plan to use it and also as an investment.
Neither are "investments"
Sure many watches increase in value and yes there are some super high end pieces that can be considered investments, but if you are buying either of these watches, thinking you may flip them anytime in say the next 10 years and intend on making a dime, I'd go elsewhere.
My vote is the RG ROO.

Have you considered the Alinghi ?
Well I just sold my RG Rubberclad and replaced it with this one, the Alinghi forged carbon RG.
