and in my local deler they are ofering me a Jules Audemars Equation of time Lima (peru) of 2009 thaty has just been send back from the factory to reset it looks great and it is in mint conditions, and he is talking about half price from a new one, any coments or sugestions of another similar model.

... but except that, I can say that I regret ever selling my EOT (New York).  What is great about EOT is that it has sunrise and sunset time - wow!  What is not so great about EOT is that when you are out of town or traveling, your EOT would continue to show you Lima sunrise/sunset and EOT.  As a perpetual calendar, it is very nice and the movement from the back is, oh, so beautiful.  Although it does not have the second hand, I would LOVE to have one again, if ever available in the used market...  I am talking about the old 39mm version with the city name engraved on the bezel outside.  Since EOT may be useless for you (sometimes usefulness has little to do in this hobby), the alternative is AP's perpetual calendar, in whatever style you like....

Like I said, I have no idea or intention to discuss the price you are being offered.
