At SIHH, I was able to handle a few pieces I had not previously seen. The Buemi was one of them, and I really liked it.
The sand-blasted titanium case has a really cool finish. The ceramic bezel is extremely crisp and does a great job framing the yellow scale around the outside of the dial.
It is almost the inverse of the Trulli I was wearing - black on grey with black dial as opposed to grey on black with grey dial. I selected the Trulli for my collection, but the dial detailing on the Buemi is rather unique. Another great feature on the Buemi is it is fitted with the wider Diver rubber strap with titanium pin buckle (ironically, I wear my Trulli on exactly the same setup, but I had to purchase the parts separately).
It is a very impressive and unique piece. Both of these models are rather under the radar Offshore LEs, but in many ways are the pinnacle of the 42mm Offshore in terms of refinement. Looking at the above photo makes me want to add a Buemi too!!

Buemi catches my eyes as well
Color combo is very nice. Ti case should be very light as always, Ceramic bezel super resistant. Rubber and buckle complete the set and makes it really comfortable I guess...never had the opportunity to see in person or strap it but as Michael mentioned maybe "underestimated" ?
It is a rather unique LE in my eyes.
It might not have the fanfare as some of the more audacious Offshore LEs, but like the Trulli, its simplicity and use of the original Offshore case really draw me. Just those good old round pushers and regular crown; always worked very well on my wrist.

Thanks Michael for the great shots of both the Buemi and Trulli ROOs. Indeed they are both spectacular watches.
After seeing both of them, the Trulli looks very nice and unique in terms of its colour. The Buemi with the black dial and yellow circle has a sportier feel to it. I should try it out and see how they feel and look live on the wrist.

I have always been smitten with grey and greyscale colors in general, so both forged carbon and cermet are very visually appealing materials to me. If you need any additional pictures or comments on the Trulli, just let me know as I am happy to provide both.
The Buemi really surprised me in person, in a good way. Of course I have seen photos before, but over my wrist it was a super sharp piece. Very clean and I would say "edgy". The ceramic bezel is so finely machined, and the grey and yellow used on the dial is very crisp. It happens to be a smaller run than the Trulli- only 250 pieces (500 for Trulli; both very rare in the scheme of things).
