After looking at my planet ocean and pictures of my previous Blancpain Fifty Fathoms I noticed similarities. The Arabic numerals and the second hands are very similar. Also some Seamaster s especially vintage models use the sword hands just like this Aqua lung. Could this be because Blancpain and Omega are under the swatch group? Any insight would be cool!
Blancpain uses those hands since the mid nineties, so pre Swatch Group...

... the same is valid for the numerals.
And actually I do not find the similarities too close.
In the recent past the high end brands of Swatch Group (Breguet, Blancpain, Jaquet Droz, Omega) share indeed various elements, though, may it be movements, Liquidmetal or Sedna Gold.
The latest example being the Breguet Equation Marchante building on the one Blancpain made quite a few years before.

I believe it would be even more precise (and maybe I should be diagnosed with something for saying this) that for the Marine equation marchante tourbillon 5887 which you mention has the equation of time marchante module from Blancpain and possibly the thin perpetual calendar module (does someone know, please?) while the base calibre with thin tourbillon and peripheral rotor is from the Breguet classique ultra plat tourbillon 5377.
