Blancpain

Some of you might have seen the thread below where a guy wanted to sell his Blancpain. He seemed like a nice guy but the pictures were not great. He listed the watch on Ebay and sold for $2100 USD. I did not bid because of the dial condition. But i did get some better photos from him. I have seen a bunch of these lately and they all seem to have US Navy history. Brian

I posted photo of the incorrect blancpain. The photo that i posted was a No Rad that sold about a month ago that also sold on ebay. It is a wonderful examples also with Navy connection sold by the grandson. I will post photos of the one that sold last week tomorrow. Brian

I recently saw, but not for sale, a No Rad Bunde with circular military writings, starting with another 301 xxx, while all the straight military markings were coming with 208 xxx.

Will try to check again woith the one I saw.

But yes, please, post the correct picture!

This is the one that sold last week with a dial and hand issue. The seller stated that it was his grandfathers watch who was in the navy. Brian

I doubt it has officilally in Dotation for the US Marine...
