I would like to introduce the lastest addition to my Blancpain family...
... very nice box to start with - the size sits somewhere between the LeBrassus and Leman boxes, also featuring new metal applications...
... and now to the important part - but let me start with some teasers...
... and finally you are getting closer to the full picture...
... this Blancpain L'evolution Phase de Lune 8 Jours features an 8 day automatic movement with 3 barrels, titanium balance, secure calendar setting mechanism and a nice rotor decoration, called parabolic Geneva stripes...
This watch has really grown on me since it was introduced almost 2 years ago - first, I could not really accept this design as matching what I considered Blancpain aesthetics to be - but I continued showing interest in the watch, and having tried it on one week ago finally made me go for it. And the more I look at it, the more I love this "different" Blancpain
This watch most likely generates most diverse opinions, I am keen to learn about yours...
Have a great Sunday!
Henrik
