I bought my first Blancpain after 10 years of watch love. I own couple of Omegas and Panerai, but I consider this one as my best ever.
The simplicity, elegance and finish is awesome on this special one. A very elegant sport watch, big but not huge, what I was looking for as my taste change.
Read about Blancpain history and got little confused about the relation between Blancpain and Frederic piquet manufacture. I know thenlast was purchased by Blancpain 2010 but what is cal 1315, the movement inside this watch is made by, Blancpain or FP, or all Blancpain movements are produced by FP?
I appreciate any information on that, and I am enjoying reading all I can from this beautiful and friendly forum.

Do you mean that it is not done by FP but by Blancpain without FP? I do understand that they are one entity now, but the Cal 1315, is it out of FP factory or Blancpain exclusive one?
Do all Blancpain use the FP calibers ?
Thank you.
