Where is best for service in the US?
I was fortunate enough to make a trade with Thomas a few years ago for a WG LUC Quattro 8 Day PR.
Like all fine time-pieces, sooner or later, it needs service. The time for my watch is now. I much prefer to keep it in the CONUS.

Should be fairly simple
Being that's a watch with a long power reserve and in-house movement, I would trust that one only to Chopard's service center. I think it's located in Florida from what I recall. A call to any Chopard Boutique would be the first call I would make, to see what their process is for sending it in and tracking.
Good luck, I've always love the Quattro, especially in that dial and metal.

I've heard nothing but good things about Chopard service in the US, so I believe you'll be in good hands. However, I haven't had to have my Chopards serviced yet, so not
certain which location is the correct one.

Maybe Miami and Coral Gables Florida are one in the same Chopard Service Center
There is only one Chopard USA Service Centre in Florida USA
It does not matter which Chopard Boutique or authorised dealer you visit as all watches are sent to the central service centre in Miami.

The new Chopard Service centre in the Miami suburb of Coral Gables opened in 2013. It takes up the whole 9th floor of the building and has 9000 square feet of workshop and 2000 square feet of office/reception space. They can service most of Chopard watches in the USA with quick turnaround and not returning the watch to Geneva.
Target is 14 working days.

Coral Gables is 7 miles south-west of downtown Miami
That's the corporate office of the Chopard Corporate Marketing subsidiary and the Workshop in Coral Gables.
Chopard Boutique is in Bal Harbour 14 miles north-east of downtown Miami.
You can drop off the watch at either location but personally, I would go to the Bal Harbour boutique as an excuse to see the new L.U.C XP and 1860 XPS.
