Thanks for sharing this. I had not realized they had actually updated the movement with the silicone escapement. Mine has the previous generation movement.

Isn't your watch ref. 298600-3020 introduced in 2023? If yes, it should have the current movement 01.12-C which is described as follows on the Chopard website:
"Entirely developed, produced and assembled in the Chopard watchmaking
workshops, and chronometer-certified by the COSC, the self-winding
mechanical Chopard 01.12-C movement beats to a frequency of
57,600 vibrations per hour (8 Hz) thanks to its silicium escapement . It
features a power reserve of 60 hours for just 4.95 mm of thickness. With
a system that prevents the seconds hand from trembling, this movement
is wound thanks to a central oscillating mass in tungsten."
Oh! I saw that the new movement was code 01.14-C and it hd silicium escapement so I assumed this was the main change between both movements

You're welcome! My guess is that movement 01.14-C is different only in the finishing because otherwise the specs are the same as your 01.12-C.
