First post, I apologise in advance if the question is dumb.
I have been after an automatic GMT chronograph for a while and have found a second hand Mille Miglia 16/8992 that is perfect - except that it is on a leather racing strap. I would much prefer a steel bracelet. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to pick up a bracelet for this watch? I would prefer an original chopard if possible, or a solid after market if I had to?
Thanks in advance,
Tobias.
Dear waterdogbravo,
Even "e-mail me" messages can not be condoned by our forum rules....it looks like promoting a product and puts us in a difficult position.....even though we know you.
If you wish to promote non-approved bracelets, please do so by writing the private e-mail to one person rather than a "mass announcement".
Our software automatically suppresses e-mail addresses anyway.

Welcome tobiasmb.
OEM bracelets for all brands are "expensive" if bought as replacements. When got at initial purchase, they seem to be relatively cheap i.e. buy all watches on bracelets and any other materials straps as spares.
A spare rubber or leather strap is cheap compared to a spare metal bracelet.
In many cases, with a good relationship with your dealer, buying the original bracelet watch, you can squeeze a good deal or complimentary spare rubber strap......
