Chopard

Here are some pictures from my latest acquisition. I feel like the dimensions (42mm x 12,3mm) are really perfect and I like the sporty yet elegant look that the ruthenium gray dial gives. And an interesting detail: if you compare the same piece on Kong's post (http://chopard.watchprosite.com/show-forumpost/fi-5/pi-3209816/ti-528001/s-0/) with this one you see that on my piece, there are the 05,10, 15, 20, ... marks in front of the indexes and on "Kong's posted watch" there aren't there!

Congrat with the piece. I am leaning toward it as well....

Like to know the differences between the normal addition and the ltd addition. The price difference is apparently approx Aus$500 in Melbourne.
Does it worth the money spend? I am also considering the 1000 Miglia GMT Chrono with the new grey dial. Any feedback will be appreciated.

back in Switzerland the price difference was about 150 euros, almost nothing. I find that the ruthenium dial (from the platine family) gives the watch a more "subtil" and elegant look than the black version. This ruthenium provides also very nice reflets. Then, it is always nice to have a limited version watch.

But of course it's a matter of feelings and when I had the two versions in my hand I immediately realise that I'd take the limited version. You should really have them both together to compare directly!
