I have a Sport 2000, which has the same movement as the ProOne, but with a display back. Even watching the spring barrel turn as I wind I can't hear or feel any feedback through the crown.

In love with Pro One... but minor issues

I am new to this forum! Last year I virtually fell in love with the Pro One with orange markers. The case, the dial and - last but not least - the strap are just breathtaking! As I am still a student had to look out for a good second-hand watch and found one. It arrived today. Here is a very quick picture:
I am very happy with the watch! And I reckon that the orange colour even matches my skin somehow! ;-)
However, I have encountered some minor issues, maybe someone can give me some input?
1) The orange lume on the indixes, the hands and the bezel seems to be different: the lume on the hands is solid orange, the lume on the indixes a rather light orange/yellow and the lume on the bezel a true yellow. The watch is three years old.
2) If I turn the crown to wind the watch I cannot hear any sound. So I am not really sure whether the winding works.
3) The bezel seems to be rather loose: I can lift it up (not: off) a fraction of a millimetre.
4) When I push in the crown after setting the time the minute hands usually jumps forward (that is why I did not post a pic with a "smiling" watch.

Some Answers For You
Hopefully I can help you out, at least a little! I have owned the Pro One four times (don't ask!!) and currently own the same version as yours. Plus, I own other watches with LUC movements.
First, here is a post of my Pro One which you can compare to yours:
1) The orange lume on the indixes, the hands and the bezel seems to be different: the lume on the hands is solid orange, the lume on the indixes a rather light orange/yellow and the lume on the bezel a true yellow. The watch is three years old.
In looking at mine, the hands are a slightly darker orange than the indices. The lume on the triangle on the bezel is a slightly different shade of orange but that may be because the hands and the indices are being viewed through the sapphire crystal.
2) If I turn the crown to wind the watch I cannot hear any sound. So I am not really sure whether the winding works.
The winding on LUC movements is relatively smooth and quiet and very hard to hear. You will know if the watch is not winding. As a test, let the watch completely wind down then wind it about 50 times. If the watch stops after an hour or so you know it is not winding properly but my guess is that you will be fine.
3) The bezel seems to be rather loose: I can lift it up (not: off) a fraction of a millimetre.
The bezel on the Pro-One is not its strongest point. Early versions have been known to have loose bezels and even later versions which have been improved still have a little play compared to other divers. When I try to lift mine up there is some small movement as well.
4) When I push in the crown after setting the time the minute hands usually jumps forward (that is why I did not post a pic with a "smiling" watch.
Completely normal, for all LUC watches! Setting the watch takes a little practice. Try holding the crown with your thumb and forefinger and gently apply pressure (in other words, don't just press the crown in with one finger!). Practice a few times and you will start to get the hang of it. This is one of the characteristics of the movement.
To sum it all up, I think your watch is fine! You made a very wise decision and will get used to the Pro One's

Welcome to the Club
The Pro-One was also my introduction to the Chopard LUC series. I have it now for 3 or 4 years and I still like it very much. Yes we all know about the loose bezel, but mine is pritty tight now (only if I put my hand in the pocket, it might shift a notch). Be aware that I also recently experienced once the same movement on the bezel of my new Rolex GMT IIc when I put my hand in the pocket. And this bezel of the Rolex feels very solid and tight.
The watch performs flawless and is very accurate.
But overall I still like this beauty and it is my regular travel buddy on my business trips (I like also the bracelet).

I have worn the watch over the whole weekend and am thrilled by its looks! However, it is a pity that Chopard did not manage to make it a perfect watch in every way: IMHO this would have included the same coloured lume everywhere, a hacking function and a tighter bezel. And although it is a diver, the Pro One should show off its marvellous movement through a sapphire back.
At the moment my Pro One is 15s/24h slow; I hope that will improve over time.

As for the hacking feature, the later L.U.C 96H24 in the Pro One GMT has it.
May not be appropriate to have a sapphire caseback for a rating of 300m, in case some use it for diving. Perhaps L.U.C
could consider having the rating marked on the caseback instead, giving the option of below 100m rating with a sapphire caseback
and anything above, then the solid caseback
For your timing, could you fully wind the Pro One by manually turning the crown for about 90 turns, and check the daily-rating again.
If it is still at -15s/day, you should sent in to be looked at.

On the rate issue. Most likely your watch is at least 3 years old, probably older and in need of a service. If fully winding the watch doesn't help I suggest you send it in. Chopard will probably install the later improved tighter bezel at that time.
