GP vintage Richeville Chronometer (a pair!)
Time to show something new, I think.
Earlier this year, I found a very nice Richeville Chronometer, Ref 8445 (with date) and the pie-pan dial.
I'm very glad to have now found a second 8445 specimen with the "flat" dial although there is nothing flat about this dial.

So far, I only ever made it to the Göteborg area. My Swedish friends from back in the day claimed that would give me a funny accent

Oh yes, the no date versions are still missing on my end.
although I have the "flat" dial with gold-plated case and no date, however, unfortunately with a refinished dial.

from other brands, such as Omega..).
- But this new one has lots of charm & captivating appeal !

- I'm on the search now for more than a year, for either a
Richeville Chronometer (or a nice Gyromatic, not to forget the "big dream" of
an Olimpico Chrono)..
Totally in vain, however I'll not give up..
