It is a Girard-Perregaux!

I have been thinking about a lot. I really like the roman numerals on that one with the red accents.

I really like the red date - gives the date window more "meaning", IMO.

I can say this is one of my favourites in my modern GP collection.

Also the white dial version isn't bad either...

Here I like the white dial even more than the black!

Think the white dial better handle the somewhat odd date position and ....

I am prefer one color dials before "Panda" dials in general.

I prefer the black dial with the silver subdials. The white dial is a bit underwhelming, not sure what it is, but the silver numerals and hands on the white dial lack a bit of contrast. The fine details come out much better on the black version.

That is the kind of things you don't think of before you wear the watch for a while.

Please can you describe the colour of the light dial - is it silver, white or off white. Thanks.

with my failing eyesight, the dial is white, the sub-dials are silver.
