Try Otto Frei online as well. they seem to be able to get anything
from what i can gather they were a pretty short run and certainly not very popular at the time in UK. thats normally the way of things, a bit over the top for its time but mellows with age.
having owned over 100 Omegas in the past there are very few Quartz omegas i would buy. this watch is quite small for my tastes and would suit my wife better, but if you've got smallish wrists its a nice piece.
new dials are readily available on worlds biggest on line auction site, ying yang being most common so you should be able to restore it at minimal cost. when you consider restore please bear in mind that vintage Omegas can be picked up for very cheap money, far less than they should get so dont overspend.
i've kept 3 of the Museum pieces which i will take pics of very soon.
