My new Omega Hour Vision
Bought it on the last day of Dec 31, 2007 from the Omega Boutique @ Raffles City Shopping Centre Singapore. 
Wore the watch from Mon-Fri, and left it on the desk from Fri night till next Mon morning, and the watch is still ticking --> the power reserve of 60 hours is validated ...

Congratulations, Snoopy! Is this your first Omega, and . . .
. . . was the entirely in-house movement a deciding factor for you? The 8500 / 8501 series of movements mark Omega's return to the ranks of manufacturers by anyone's definition of the term. I don't think anyone I know personally has an Hour Vision yet . . . I would like to see the 8500 fitted to other staples of Omega's line, like the Aqua Terra and the Railmaster (sans date module, of course) . . . cordially, Art
Thanks, Art. Yes, this is my second Omega.
My first Omega was a Chronoscope (in steel, white dial and brown leather strap) which I bought a few months ago, but I sold it because I found that it was rather bulky/thick.
Got attracted to the Hour Vision because of the in-house movement and also the overall design.
Looking forward to see Omega incorporating the 8500 movement in their subsequent collections.

I like the Hour Vision too, especially the dark dial versions. It will be interesting to see what else Omega does with the Hour Vision line.
