Hi,
I just bought a new Speedmaster 125 Dial NOS. I am going to swap out the old dail on my Speedmaster 125 with this NOS dial. I would like to know, whether it is a hard job to change the dial on this watch or is it best to send the watch back to Bienne for a dial change or a normal watchmaker would be able to do the job?
A few photos of my Speedmaster 125.
Any help on this subject would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
The NOS Dial should be arriving within one week. I am not sure if it still glow in the dark but if it doesn't, I have just wasted a bit of money on this NOS Dial....
If it is a lot of trouble to take the case apart and to swap out the dial, I guess my best option now is to wait for the Spa treatment and get everything change and service at once.
Thanks for your input : )
The lume on the current dial is no good and the NOS dial I bought is brand new. I want to be able to read the time in the dark. If it's such a hassle, I guess I can wait 2 more years and get the dial change when I need to send this watch to Bienne for a service.
