Excellent choice...
I have the 2255.80.00, with the 'electric blue' dial, and the ETA 2892A2/Omega 1120 movement has been great. It gains about 3 seconds a day, within the COSC specs, very predictable. This is a keeper, but in a few years you may yearn for an Omega with the co-axial technology escapement in its movement. =:^D
the best coloured smp300 IMO
i had one a few years ago and a blue dialled chrono. i've always preferred the black dial to the 'bond' blue dial. it looks like it does the job better.
nice purchase. a watch that does everything it says on the dial.
we ought to meet up some time as we only live 20 miles apart and i have a very new collector friend who's from Narbeth.
