Omega

I have search everywhere possible to find information on my Omega pocket watch.  It's certainly unique as I can't find anything that looks even close to it.  I have attached pictures and would be grateful for any information. 

The number on the inside of the watch is 5781378.  It states, 17 Jewels, 3 positions. The press on back cover is SWC CO 18 KT. 25 Years and has a number 5274069.

Yup I have seen these in the past.  Very nice movements small sized , dress pockets.   I have seen some with 21j  adj5 positions !

What else do you want to know about it ?

Bill, thank you very much for the info!  I'm glad to hear someone else has seen this watch.  The watch was given to me by a relative and I have had it for years. I'm considering selling it but really had no clue as to the details.  I know the case is separate from the movement but I've seen very few Omega pocket watches with the gold face.
