Wife just asked me why i am still surfing watch sites when i have just acquired 2 very recently.
This person truly is funny.
I have been following for a while. The irreverent humor and no apparent bias makes for great fun. He (she) also has a few feuds going with a couple of other people and those are just as funny as the watches he pans.

I have tried to convey the beauty of a watch. How it is a thing that lasts and has the power to transform. She just thinks I'm shallow. At least she doesn't share the addiction, that way I don't have to let her wear the Geophysic. She is more than satisfied with quartz movements. Nice to have a practical person in my life.

Of course I really can't complain. Since meeting me, my (now) fiancé has the bug. First a TAG, then a Bucherer (within a year). Since I recently added a piece, she's naturally come to the conclusion that it's her turn. In fact, on the new piece, I clearly remember her saying, "yeah, you've got to get that one."
Oh yeah, last year, she even joined me at Basel.
