About 7 years ago, I had the opportunity to visit Yamazaki distillery and you can see the post here-

The distillery is nestled in the southern Alps and know as The Forest Distillery" due to its stunning, high-altitude location and reliance on natural spring water for its whisky production, offering tours and tastings.
It was closed in end 2022 for renovation and fully opened in Sept 2024.

Very nice set of photos! I have an unopened bottle of Yamazaki at home awaiting a special moment to open!
